Phase 1 has been completed, All transponder's from Sirius-2 now transferred to Sirius-4, Sirius-2 is now ready to move to 23.5 east,
Phase 2 will be the transfer of all Sirius-3 transponder's to Sirius-4, Destination of Sirius-3 after transfer of transponder's is currently unknown.
